1. Agreement
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of the Moon Fun AI subscription, including request-based AI generation features, related Moon Fun application functionality, websites, and support services (collectively, the "Service") provided by 6uo Games. By downloading, accessing, purchasing, activating, or using the Service, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You may use the Service only if you are legally permitted to enter into this Agreement under the laws that apply to you. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent, guardian, teacher, or other responsible adult.
3. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, 6uo Games grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service, including any Moon Fun AI subscription benefits made available to your account, for your personal, educational, or internal non-commercial use. You may not sell, sublicense, redistribute, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit the Service except where applicable law does not allow that restriction.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:
- use the Service for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful purposes;
- attempt to interfere with the security, stability, or normal operation of the Service;
- upload or submit content that infringes another person's rights or violates applicable law;
- circumvent technical limitations, rate limits, daily request caps, subscription controls, or access restrictions;
- share, resell, or pool subscription access in a way that bypasses account-based request allowances.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of any prompts, text, quiz content, images, or other materials you submit through the Service ("User Content"). You grant 6uo Games a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, and display User Content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content is lawful and that you have the rights needed to submit it.
6. AI-Generated Output
The Service may generate content using automated systems. AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing generated output before relying on it, sharing it, or using it in educational, commercial, or public settings.
7. Subscriptions and Access
Some features require a paid Moon Fun AI subscription and are subject to usage limits. Available request amounts, request timing, reset timing, included features, and plan terms may be added, removed, or adjusted at any time to the extent permitted by law. Unused requests do not automatically roll over unless we expressly say otherwise. Subscription availability, billing, renewals, and cancellation are handled by the platform through which you purchased access unless we clearly state otherwise.
8. Intellectual Property
Except for User Content, the Service and all related software, visuals, interfaces, trademarks, and branding are owned by or licensed to 6uo Games and are protected by intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
9. Service Availability
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including subscription features, supported models, request allowances, or access methods. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 6uo Games will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Service. If the law does not allow that full limitation, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or a reasonable equivalent if the Service was provided without charge.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate this Agreement, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, the rights granted to you under this Agreement end immediately.
13. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement or the Service will be submitted to the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance with exclusive jurisdiction.
